These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DIY platform, including its websites, mobile applications, ERP systems, dashboards, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, registering, or using DIY in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1 Definitions
- "DIY", "We", "Us", "Our" means DIY, its owners, founders, directors, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
- "User" includes students, parents, guardians, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, vendors, advertisers, employees, and visitors.
- "Services" refers to all features offered by DIY including discovery, leads, ERP, admissions support, payments, analytics, and communications.
- "Content" means all text, data, images, videos, listings, profiles, reviews, and information displayed or submitted on the Platform.
2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use DIY independently.
- Minors may use the Platform only under supervision of parents, guardians, or authorized institutions.
- Schools, institutes, and vendors confirm that they are legally registered entities authorized to operate and contract.
- DIY reserves the right to refuse access to any user at its sole discretion.
3 Nature of DIY Platform
DIY is a technology-enabled facilitation platform that:

4 User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not upload false, misleading, obscene, or infringing content
- Not disrupt, hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform
DIY shall not be liable for consequences arising from incorrect or false user data.
5 Account Registration & Access
- DIY may require registration to access certain services.
- One user shall maintain only one account unless expressly permitted.
- DIY may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or suspected fraud without prior notice.
6 Institutional Listings & Leads
- Schools and institutes are solely responsible for accuracy of their listings, fees, approvals, and claims.
- DIY does not verify every claim and is not responsible for disputes between users and institutions.
- Lead sharing is facilitative in nature; conversion responsibility lies entirely with the institution.
7 Payments, Fees & Commercial Terms
- Certain services may be paid, subscription-based, or commission-based.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
- DIY reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.
- Payments are processed via third-party gateways; DIY is not liable for gateway failures.
8 Intellectual Property Rights
All Platform content, including but not limited to:
Trademarks
Logos
Software
UI/UX
Databases
Text & Graphics
are the exclusive property of DIY or its licensors.
- Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or exploited without written permission.
9 User-Generated Content
- Users retain ownership of content they submit.
- By submitting content, users grant DIY a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, distribute, and promote such content.
- DIY may remove any content at its discretion without notice.
10 Data Usage & Privacy
All data collection and processing are governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using DIY, you consent to data processing as described therein.
11 Third-Party Services & Links
DIY may integrate or link to third-party platforms, tools, or services.
DIY:
- Does not control third-party content
- Does not guarantee third-party performance
- Is not liable for third-party actions, policies, or failures
12 Disclaimer of Warranties
DIY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
DIY expressly disclaims:
- Accuracy guarantees
- Availability guarantees
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Error-free or uninterrupted service
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- DIY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- DIY's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) in the preceding 12 months
- DIY is not liable for admissions decisions, institutional actions, or user disputes
14 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIY from:
- User misconduct
- Legal violations
- False claims
- Third-party disputes
- Data misuse caused by the user
15 Suspension & Termination
DIY may:
- Suspend or terminate access immediately
- Remove content
- Block accounts
- Report unlawful activity to authorities
No compensation shall be payable for such actions.
16 Force Majeure
DIY shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
